l Reflection:

This is the first opening lesson after I join the English teaching team in CGVBS ,and in this lesson ,my main aim is to review the Unit 3 < >, focus on the key words and the preposition and have the students to use the sentence pattern (there is/are. Yes there is /are) to ask and answer the questions. After I finish this lesson ,I have several sum up .

1. The speed of my speaking rate: this is really hard for the grade III students to catch up my point sometimes. I should have cut the long sentence. And use the simply words to present what I really want to teach in class.

2. Board writing: the hardest part and the key part of this unit is “There be” pattern .I should have written this on the board ,it is much more clearer than I just talk.

3. About the preview story “three bear” questionnaire is required before the story.

4. Another important aspect is the class discipline training is down to the earth to control the classroom ,especially the new students .focus on them to make them catch up.
