Teaching Procedures:

I. Lead-in

Students work in groups to talk about their families.

My family

Hello! I am_______. There are____people in my family:_________,_________,__________,__________...and I. My father likes________________. My mother likes…

Then Teacher asks several students to talk about their families.

II. Presentation & Practice

1.Describe the picture: Students work in groups to talk about the picture related to the text. They are supposed to use their imagination to make their stories vividly.

2.Listen and Say: Students listen to the song related to the text and tell what they hear.

3.Listen and Point: Students listen to the song again and point to each family member they hear from the song. Then students match the pictures and family memebers and tell Teacher together.

4.Read and Circle: Students read the text by themselves and circle the new words. Teacher reads the new words with Students by phonics.

5.Words Flash: Teacher shows the word cards quickly, Students say the words loudly.

6.Read Again: Students read the text again by themselves and try to read it nicely and fluently. Then Teacher asks several groups to read to see which group reads better.

7.Read Togeter: Students read the text together.

8.Read and Fill: Students read the text and fill in the chart in groups.

9.Ask and Answer: Students work in groups to ask and answer according to the chart.

e.g. What is grandpa doing?

He is flying a kite.

Then students read the chart together. e.g. My grandpa is flying a kite. My…

III. Let’s have fun.

Listen, Sing and Act:Students listen to the song for several times and sing in groups. They are encouraged to sing and dance in their own way.

Reflection

这节课学习的是一个听,读,唱相结合的文本,描述的是一家人在公园里面的活动,运用的是现在进行时。

一、教学亮点

1.充分发挥了学生学习的主动性,体现了课堂上学生的主体地位。整堂课下来,老师很轻松,基本不要费嗓子,从讨论自己的家庭成员喜欢的活动,到看图说话和听说部分,再到文本的阅读,都是学生们经过自己观察,听,小组讨论一步步完成的。课堂中不仅看到学生带着浓厚的兴趣完成一个个任务,而且学生能自己发现问题并寻求老师的帮助。如看图编故事时,学生遇到不会表达的单词会举手问老师,学习文本时,学生首先自己朗读全篇,划出不认识的单词,阅读结束时老师用自然拼读法引导学生学习新单词,整个学习过程自然生成,老师成为了学生学习的协助者而非领导者。

2.注重学生思维和想象力的培养。老师没有一开始就让学生去读文本,而是展示与文本相关的图片。让学生自己根据图片来编故事,这样不仅发散了学生的思维,还很好的锻炼了学生的口语表达能力。并也激发了学生想去读文本的好奇心与欲望,看看自己编的故事跟文本有什么不一样。

3.学生积极参与课堂,大胆发言。学生不论在小组交流环节,还是自读文本环节,遇到不懂的,能积极举手,大胆与老师交流。有些单词其实很简单如“isn't,beautiful等”,学生并没有因为简单不敢说出来,学生的学习氛围很轻松。

二、教学反思

本堂课缺少趣味性,教学中应该结合学生的年龄特点,注重课堂的趣味性首先给学生的材料应该是图文结合的,不应该把图片与文字分开。另外,前面铺垫环节时间过长,导致后面的歌曲部分没展示出来,课堂气氛不够欢快,愉悦。生命课堂就像一条长长的道路,我才刚上道,离目的地还很远很远。想要靠近目的地,需要不断的思考与自我学习。每个孩子都是不同的生命体,用心浇灌才有惊喜。
