英语组倪欢老师“School Days in Spain”教案反思及评课稿

Unit 6 School Days in Spain

Teaching Objectives:

1. To read and understand a story

2. To find the important information by reading

Teaching Procedures:

I. Warm up

1. Have a greeting. Teacher says “ How are you?” To guide students to use different ways to answer this questions.

II. Lead-in

1.      When one student says “ I’m happy”, teacher says “ Yes, I’m also happy”,

Because I make a new friend. Do you want to know her? Ok! Now , let’s have a look.

Teacher shows the main character in the story “ Teresa” . Then teacher encourages student to read the girl’s name by themselves.

  2.  Teacher tells students that they can ask any questions about her by using “ What” Where” “Who” “ How” “When” .

III. Presentation & Practice

1. Teacher says to students if they want to know more about Teresa, they can listen to the story about Teresa. After they listen to the whole story, teacher shows some questions and different answers for them to choose.

2. Then teacher has them open their English book and plays the audio and encourages them to use finger to point the sentences while they are listening. Then teacher asks them to read page 1 loudly by themselves and then teacher asks students to find the new words –“ Teresa” . “ Spain” . When they learn the new word “ Spain” , teacher shows the map of the Spain and some pictures about Spain. After they solve the new words, teacher has them read page1 in their group again. After a while, teacher invites some groups to show it.

3.      Teacher asks them to close their book and tell us something about Teresa.

4.      Teacher asks them act out page1 in group and then teacher invites some group to show it with action by covering some key words.

5.      Teacher has them listen to page2 and read after the tape, and then teacher has them read page 2 loudly and then teacher asks students give the new words. After they solving the new words, teacher has them read page 2 in group again. Then teacher invites some group to show it.

 6. Teacher encourages them to give the questions about page2 in group. After a while, teacher asks some students to give the questions.

7. Teacher asks them to act out page 2 and then show it with action by covering some key words.

School Days in Spain

Reflection:

这节课学习的是一个阅读故事文本,Teresa 住在Spain.整篇故事是讲述Teresa 一天的校园生活。老师首先通过展示本人交了一个好朋友,大家是否想认识她,大家想知道关于她的事情,都可以用英语问一问。接着老师让学生听整篇故事的录音,这样开头有利于调动学生的学习兴趣。听完整篇故事后,老师设置了几个还算简单的问题,只需要孩子们的选一选就可以了,这样不会一开始就把学生难倒。接着,老师让孩子们着重听第一段的录音,并跟着录音读,然后,老师停止录音,让孩子们大声朗读第一段并让学生找出新词,老师尽可能鼓励学生用自然拼音将新词拼出来,解决新词后,老师又让孩子们小组合作熟读第一段,并展示。展示完后,老师要求孩子们关上书本,回忆一下有关Teresa的事情。然后,让孩子们用动作将第一段表演出来,一下子,孩子们的兴趣被充分的调动起来了。接着,老师让孩子们着重听第二段的录音,并跟读,然后,孩子个人大声朗读,接着小组合作熟读,并展示。在孩子们熟读第二段并很好的理解了文本的基础上,老师要孩子们用“What”, “ Who” “ When” Where” “ How” 在小组内提问。然后,再叫个人提问,其他出孩子回答。最后,老师让孩子们表演出第二段。

本堂课整体来说设计的比较合理,层次分明,重难点突出。学生的独学时间充足。小组交流自然且真实有效。很好的锻炼了学生的阅读及交流的能力。但是,老师在教授文本所花费的时间有点过长,因文章第一,二段内容不是很难,老师不需要反复的操练。应该在最后时,将这个故事转换到孩子们的身上去,让他们谈一谈自己的School Days in Changsha, China. 这样能让孩子们用所学的运用到实际生活当中,不与实际脱轨,达到学以至用的效果。另外:在介绍Spain时,也应该先出示一张世界地图,再带着孩子们找找China,再找Spain,这样让学生有一个地图的整体概念,也可以通过对比,知道Spain 是一个小国家,而不是只凭老师告诉他们是个小国家,且老师还可以稍稍介绍Spain 有些很有名的东西,如斗牛应该配上单词bullfight 让孩子们拓展一下知识。
